SUBSTANCE: carrageenan is used as a nanocapsule shell, while dry rosehip extract is dispersed into the carrageenan suspension in toluene in the presence of the preparation E472c as a surfactant with stirring at 1,300 rpm, then 5 ml of methylene chloride are added, after which the precipitate is filtered off and dried at room temperature, while the weight ratio of dry rosehip extract to carrageenan is 1:1, 1:3, or 5:1.

EFFECT: simplifying and accelerating the process of obtaining nanocapsules of dry rosehip extract, increasing their weight yield.
