SUBSTANCE: method for producing nanocapsules of dry rosehip extract provides for the use of dry rosehip extract as a core, and high- or low-esterified apple or citrus pectin as a shell. Wherein the dry rosehip extract is dispergated in suspension of pectin in benzene, in the presence of E472c preparation as a surfactant, while stirring at 1300 rpm, then 1,2-dichloroethane is added, then the precipitate is filtered and dried at room temperature. Wherein the ratio of dry rosehip extract to pectin is 1:1 or 1:3.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to simplify and accelerate the process of obtaining nanocapsules, and to increase the yield of nanocapsules by weight.
