SUBSTANCE: invention relates to nanotechnology, medicine and food industry. Method of obtaining dry dandelion extract nanocapsules is characterized by that dry dandelion extract is added to a suspension of kappa-carrageenan in toluene in presence of 0.01 g of glycerol ester with one or two molecules of edible fatty acids and one or two molecules of citric acid as surface-active substances while stirring at 700 rpm, then cyclohexane is added, obtained suspension of nanocapsules is filtered and dried at room temperature, wherein weight ratio of core:shell is 1:1, 1:2 or 1:3.
EFFECT: method is proposed for preparing nanocapsules of dry dandelion extract.
