FIELD: biotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: device for the allocation of nucleic acids is proposed. The device contains non-magnetic tubes with nucleic acids adsorbed on magnetic particles and magnetized perpendicular to the axis by a pestle in a rotating inhomogeneous magnetic field. In the device between the two rows of tubes the drums are installed interacting with the pestles, the axis of rotation of each drum is parallel to the axis of the tube. Each drum has an even number of magnetized perpendicular to the axis of rotation of the drum and constant magnets which are commensurable with the size of the tube of the permanent magnets, and the outer poles of the permanent magnets alternate. The first drum is connected to the electric motor, and the second and subsequent drums rotate relative to each other due to the forces of magnetic interaction.

EFFECT: improving the quality of hallmark preparation for PCR analysis and improving the structure of samples for the analysis of nucleic acids.
