FIELD: fire safety.

SUBSTANCE: fire extinguishing device contains a solid metal cylindrical body inside which is made a recess in the form of a truncated cone, in which a thin-walled rubber shell filled with quenching liquid is fixed. The free end of the casing passes into the central hole in the upper part of the casing, where it is fixed from the outside by the holder. A handle is attached to the holder on the upper side of the body, to which a first cable, through a ball-shaped metal stopper and attached to a metal platform suspended to the delivery means, is attached by means of a fastener with an integrated lock. On the opposite sides of the body are symmetrically formed two internal cavities, each of which is a spring, one end of which is attached to the body, and the second end of the spring is connected to the piston, on which the needle is fixed. A second cable is attached to the piston, which is passed through the roller and attached to the ring through which the first cable passes. The inner diameter of the ring is half the outer diameter of the ball-shaped metal stopper. A fastening element with a built-in lock is connected via a cable to a power source located on the delivery vehicle, for example a helicopter. The rubber casing is filled with quenching liquid from 1 to 3 l.

EFFECT: safety, the possibility for re-using the fire extinguishing devices equipped with new rubber casings.
