FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to 2.4.6-tris[(2-diphenylphosphoryl)-4-ethylphenoxy]-1.3.5-triazine, which can be used as a selective ionophore for the lithium cation in a plasticised polymer membrane in ion-selective electrodes to determine the concentrations of lithium ion in biological fluids (blood, serum and blood plasma, urine, saliva, etc.) and technological solutions.
EFFECT: new compound is proposed which increases the selectivity of the plasticised membrane of the ion-selective electrode to lithium ions in the presence of sodium cations.
