SYSTEM OF TRACKING GOODS ON SHELVES (TGS) Russian patent published in 2017 - IPC G06Q10/08 G06F13/38

Abstract RU 2630749 C2

FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: system of tracking the goods on the shelves for installation in the trading booth that contains an inventory of areas that represent one or more product units in one or more of the following configurations: one or more product units located within the container in a configuration involving one or more layers in depth, one or more product units freely located in the container, or each of one or more product units hanging on the hanger hook; one or more product sensors, each of which is functionally linked to one or more inventory zones and which convert the detected amount of one or moreproduct units into a corresponding analog electromagnetic signal; a distribution structure that attaches one or more product sensors to shopping stand relative to one or more product units so that one or more product sensors found quantity of one or more product units; a processor for processing the electromagnetic signals associated with one or more product sensors, which periodically discretetime output from one or more product sensors, as well as convert an analog signal into a digital signal; a calibration system associated with the processor, for processing electromagnetic signals, which detects the variability of the background of the analog electromagnetic signal and based on this establishes the threshold of activity for each of the one or more product sensors. The activity threshold is a configurable background variability multiplier, and the activity threshold represents the sensitivity of the associated product sensor; and the detection system of the manipulation-related event that determines the occurrence of a stock-related event in one or more inventory areas, when the variability of the corresponding analog signal exceeds the activity threshold. The detection system of the manipulation-related event suspends the auto-calibration during a stock-related event, and the detection system of the manipulation-related event identifies one or more product sensors participating in the signaling of the stock-related event prior to completing the stock-related event, and the detection system associated with the manipulation of an event determines the end of a stock-related event, when the variability of each corresponding analogue electromagnetic signal becomes lower than the specified activity threshold for each of the product sensors participating in the signaling.

EFFECT: effective tracking the goods in the trading booths in real time.
