SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for interactive interaction of a user with a product. The device contains serially connected hardware and software complex, at least one controller and tag-reader pair. In this case, the controller contains a communication module made with the possibility of data transmission from each tag-reader pair, when it is activated, to the hardware and software complex. At the same time, at least one module for displaying audio-visual information is introduced to the device for interactive interaction of a user with a product, connected to the hardware and software complex and made with the possibility of output of audio-visual data displayed due to the activation of each tag-reader pair. In this case, the device for interactive interaction of a user with a product is made with the possibility of record of time difference between activation of each tag-reader pair.
EFFECT: providing interactive interaction of a user with a product, collection and analysis of statistics data on this product.
