SUBSTANCE: soap dispenser (1) is provided for insertion into a kitchen sink (10) or the like and comprising a control element (26) configured to be operated from the top side (28) of the dispenser. In the built-in soap dispenser (1), the control element selects soap from the bulb (34) located on the bottom (32) of the soap dispenser (1). Soap selection is performed on the soap line (36), in particular the riser (60), through the outlet (38) of the dispenser (1) located on the upper side (28). The soap dispenser (1) comprises an additional control element (40) configured to be operated from the upper side (28), which enables the sewer valve (20) of the kitchen sink (10) to be controlled via the actuator. The suction line and actuator (48) of the actuator are arranged side by side in a radial direction with respect to the longitudinal axis of the dispenser in such a way that they can be inserted into one common through hole of the kitchen sink.
