SUBSTANCE: finely cut wastes f film with coat include polymer substrate with coat or printed layer over it; sometimes it contains pigments; wastes are dispersed in binding matrix; wastes from first accumulating reservoir are introduced into first continuous mixer at room temperature and solution for removal of coat is introduced from second accumulating reservoir; mass of crushed film treated in first cycle is fed to second continuous mixer to which second solution for removal of coat is also fed, after which mass of crushed film is separated from this solution.
