FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: disclosed system relates to the field of remote monitoring and control of life support objects (heat supply, water supply, gas supply, power supply, sewage, safety, and so forth) of urban infrastructure, made with possibility of movement, and can be used to make decisions at all levels of monitoring and control of technological processes on said objects using computer equipment and radio frequency labels. Computer system for remote control and management of urban infrastructure support facilities, made with possibility of movement, comprises dispatcher geodetic point 1, objects 2 of administrative purpose, objects 3 of fire safety, objects 4 of special purpose, objects 5.i and 6.j of municipal services (i = 1,2, ..., n, j = 1,2, ..., m), devices 7.l (l = 1,2, ..., L) for control of robotic complexes and system 8 for receiving and transmitting information. Dispatching geodetic station 1 comprises a duplex and transmitting radio station. Each object of life support, which is made with possibility of movement, contains container equipped with radio-frequency mark, made with possibility of irradiation with its reader for reflection of container number, and also duplex radio station, reader, first and second receivers.

EFFECT: technical result is high selectivity, interference immunity and reliability of duplex radio communication between dispatcher geodetic point and objects of life support of urban infrastructure by suppressing false signals (interference) received through channels of direct passage and intermodulation channels.
