SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railroad transport. Proposed device comprises read-out device, code sensors, and transceivers, power supply and control; unit, generator and data processor arranged at locomotive. Every lock device is equipped with transceiver to output the code to be recorded by read-out device at crippling of lock device. Besides, read-out device incorporates duplexer, four band filters, three phase detectors, delay line, generator of pseudo-random sequence, second adder, second power amplifier and phase manipulator.

EFFECT: higher validity of readout data.
