FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: creating a facing facade cassette comprises a housing made of thin galvanized steel, butt and longitudinal fixing flanges. Wherein at least one housing side is covered with a material based on polyester or polyvinylidene fluoride, and on the front side of the cassette a pattern in the form of transverse strips-grooves is formed, characterized in that one of the longitudinal fixing flanges is made with a bend substantially vertical with respect to the flange surface, and the pattern on the front part of the cassette acts as a stiffening rib. The method is also carried out due to creating a method for manufacturing a facing facade cassette comprising the following stages: a roll of sheet steel is unwound in such a way as to obtain a tape of sheet steel, the tape of sheet steel is cut in such a way as to obtain strips of a given width, the strips are wound into strip rolls, the strips are unwound into strip tapes, angular segments and openings are cut by means of punching on the strip surface, and the pattern is formed on the front side of the cassette, longitudinal fixing flanges of the cassette are produced by means of bending in a roll-forming mill, the cassette profile obtained in such a way is cut from the remaining part of the strip tape, butt flanges of the cassette are bent by means of a hydraulic device with an upper movable clamping jaw.

EFFECT: increasing the service life of the cassette, creating a high-performance method of manufacturing such a cassette.
