SUBSTANCE: device comprises: a water storage tank; a user interface having one or more elements for entering data by a user, and a display element; a heating element for heating water in the tank; a temperature sensor element for outputting a temperature signal indicating the water temperature in the tank; and a processor module connected to the user interface to receive the input data from the user. The processor module is connected to the temperature sensor element to receive the temperature signal.
EFFECT: processor module ensures control of the heating element for regulating the water temperature in the tank.
