SUBSTANCE: invention relates to treatment and prophylaxis of diseases associated with defect of protective functions of mucosa tissues. For this purpose the invention proposes using extracts of maternal immune system biological secretion designating for protection of embryo or newborn and providing inhibitory effect against adhesion of microbial cell on mucosa. Examples of such secretions are egg liquid or domestic animal milk, or their components. These secretions can be enriched with their natural immunoglobulins and therefore they have activity approaching to activity of hyperimmunized immunoglobulin. The claimed agents provide treatment and/or prophylaxis of infection in mouth cavity, dental caries, xerostomia, chalicosis and diseases of intestine and genitalia mucosa tissues.
