SUBSTANCE: device consists of an antenna with an increased field of vision in azimuth, three receivers, two short time interval determining units, a calculator, a secondary processing unit and an indicator, where the output of the antenna with the increased field of vision in azimuth is connected via the first receiver with the first inputs of the first and second short time interval determining units whose output groups are respectively connected to the first and second of input group of the calculator having an output group connected via the secondary processing unit with a group of indicator inputs. In addition, the device contains two reflectors, two rotated narrow-band antennas, two amplitude selectors. The electromagnetic outputs of the first and second reflectors are respectively connected to the electromagnetic inputs of the first and second rotated narrow-band antennas rigidly connected to the antenna with the increased field of vision in azimuth, and the outputs of the first and second rotated narrow-band antennas are respectively connected via the second receiver, the second amplitude selector with the second input of the first short time interval determining unit and via the third receiver, the second amplitude selector with the second input of the second short time interval determining unit.
EFFECT: improved accuracy.
