SUBSTANCE: output group of the time interval determining unit is connected to the first input group of the second permanent memory, the second input group and the output group of which are connected to a base distance sensor between the receivers and the second input group of the calculator, in addition, the time interval determining unit comprises a counter, a delay line for setting the counter, a unit of sequentially connected delay integral lines, an OR element, a unit of the parallel coincidence elements, wherein the input of the OR element is the first input of the time interval determining unit, the first inputs of the coincidence elements and the input of the delay line for setting the counter are the second input of the time interval determining unit, the output of the OR element is connected to the first input of the counter, the second input of which is connected to the delay line for setting the counter and the input of the unit is connected with the second input of the OR element, and the output group is connected to the input group of the unit of the parallel coincidence elements, the output group of which, as well as the output group of the counter, is the output group of the time interval determining unit.

EFFECT: increasing the accuracy of determining the range of pulsed radiators.
