SUBSTANCE: method of obtaining a positive electrode layer of a positive electrode for a lithium-ion battery includes coating the substrate with a coating of a suspension having a positive electrode active material, a first lithium salt, a second lithium salt and a solvent, and removing the solvent by drying. The first lithium salt is lithium phosphate, and the second is a lithium salt selected from the group consisting of lithium carbonate, lithium hydroxide, lithium nitrate, lithium acetate, lithium sulfate, and combinations thereof. The ratio of the second lithium salt to the first lithium salt is 1-50 mol %, based on the number of lithium atoms.

EFFECT: improving the service life and reduce the internal resistance of the lithium-ion battery, an advantageous lithium-ion battery that operates at high voltage.
