FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: method includes the preparation of the charge, the preparation of a melt, the production of ingots with the target content of the element being tested, thermal and mechanical treatment, deformation, mechanical fabrication and certification of the elements to be monitored. The ingot is made by double remelting. The weight of the resulting ingot during the first remelting is 0.02÷0.10 weight of the ingot of the second remelting, after the first remelting, the evaluated element is determined in each ingot, and the charge for the second remelting is prepared from the ingots of the first remelting with the actual content of the attested element satisfying a certain ratio. The deformation of the ingot is carried out by pressing in a container with a draw ratio of 10÷25.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase the homogeneity of the chemical composition of the material of the standard aluminium alloy masterbatch.
