FIELD: heat engineering.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to heat engineering, namely to a method, as well as to mobile devices for producing dry steam. Method of dry steam production consists in the fact that feeding liquid is supplied to cavitation-hydrodynamic generator, wet saturated steam is obtained, which is supplied to separator, where condensate is extracted from steam. Obtained condensate is directed by means of a condensate trap into at least two heat exchangers with subsequent cooling. Cooled condensate is again supplied to the generator. When the steam pressure in separator exceeds 0.5…1.0 bar, the bypass valve is opened to maintain pressure in the separator of not lower than 0.5…1 bar, which serves to maintain steam pressure in the generator at a level higher than atmospheric pressure. Also disclosed is a mobile cavitation-hydrodynamic dry steam generator for implementing the disclosed method.
EFFECT: during the invention implementation the cavitation-hydrodynamic generator steam generation mode is provided for the time of not more than two minutes from the start-up moment, stable operation of the cavitation-hydrodynamic generator in the steam generation mode, continuity of the steam generation process at low pressure in the steam line of the consumer, which is close to the atmospheric one.
