FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: application describes an inhaler comprising a container (2) of injected preparation. A valve element (11) is moved by a flexible diaphragm (14) and is shifted to a position in which it closes the channel for the preparation flow from the container. The first air flow channel (16) is partially formed by one side of the diaphragm, and the second air flow channel (17) is partially formed by the opposite side of the diaphragm. Each flow channel has an outlet (19, 21) at the outlet end, and the second flow channel has an inlet (20) upstream of the outlet end. The air flow channels (16, 17) are provided so that the aspiration at the outlet end causes a pressure decrease in the first air flow channel relative to the pressure in the second air flow channel, creating a pressure drop at the diaphragm (14), which moves the valve element (11), overcoming the biasing force to open the preparation flow channel.
EFFECT: simplified design.
