FIELD: package and storage.

SUBSTANCE: pressurised refill cylinder (5) comprising reservoir (3) with a composition including a propellant and non-metered discharge valve (20) containing stem (6), arranged to move from the first position to the dispensing position against the action of the resilient member. Stem (6) has a blind bore open at the outlet end and closed at the opposite end, and lateral bore (27) in the side wall of stem (6) leading to the blind bore. Said refill outlet valve further comprises annular seal (22) that surrounds stem (6), whereby, in the first position, lateral bore (27) does not communicate with the interior of the canister, and in the dispensing position, the lateral bore (27) is arranged to move within the container relative to seal (22) to open the flow path from the interior of the canister through lateral bore (27) and along the blind bore to the output end.

EFFECT: refill cylinder with an outlet valve is proposed.
