SUBSTANCE: pressurised refill canister (5) containing a composition including a propellant. Canister has outlet valve (20) having stem (6) biased to a closed position by a first resilient member. Stem (6) has a maximum outer diameter greater than 3 mm. At the outlet end of the stem, at least part of the wall of the stem extends inwardly from the outside diameter for at least 50% of the radius.
EFFECT: stem has a relatively small outer diameter and a relatively thin wall in order to maximise the bore size and hence the flow rate for a given size of stem.
