SUBSTANCE: electric pulse drill bit comprises a grounded and high voltage bits coaxially disposed and separated by a high-voltage continuous isolator, the high-voltage bit is made with side washing windows, and the gap between the grounded and high-voltage bits in which the high-voltage solid isolator is installed is greater than the inter-electrode distance between the unipolar electrodes in the bottomhole portion of electric pulse drill bit. The grounded bit is equipped with grounded rod electrodes evenly located in the bottom part of the electric pulse drill bit, between each pair of which the lower ends of the high-voltage rod electrodes are equidistant from them. The upper ends of the electrodes are attached to the cylindrical part of the high-voltage bit over its side flushing windows. The surfaces of grounded and high-voltage rod electrodes farthest from the axial line of the electric pulse drill bit are located at the same distance from this axial line.
