FIELD: drilling of soil or rock.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technical means for drilling wells in hard rocks, frozen soils by electropulse method by high-voltage discharges developing within rocks, and can be used in mining and construction industries, as well as when drilling of oil and gas, hydrogeological and hydrothermal wells. Electrompulse drill bit consists of separated by an insulator, made with longitudinal wash windows, grounded and high-voltage electrode systems, provided with alternating rod-earthed and radially located high-voltage electrodes. Grounded electrodes are attached to a lower end of a tubular body of the electropulse drill bit. Radially located high-voltage electrodes are attached to a central high-voltage electrode. Each radially located high-voltage electrode is provided with an additional high-voltage electrode attached vertically to it from above, upper end of which is located at the level of the lower end of the tubular body of the electropulse drill bit at a distance from it not less than the value of the largest bottom-hole inter-electrode distance between neighboring heteropolar electrodes.
EFFECT: technical result consists in increasing the efficiency of drilling due to the possibility of eliminating the stickings of the drilling tool in the well by collapsed pieces of rock.
