FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: matrix and a punch with a metal-polymeric forming surface are manufactured. Semi-forms of the matrix and punch are made in the form of metal plates with a cavity for pouring liquid metal polymer and vents. Placed in the model semi-forms. Metal plates are installed the on the base plane and filed with liquid metal polymer. The model is removed after curing for three hours in a vacuum environment.
EFFECT: invention allows to increase the durability of the manufacture tooling for producing articles from thermoplastic polymers.
