SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of foundry and relates to a method for manufacturing foundry equipment. The method for manufacturing metal-plastic tooling includes applying a separating coating on the negative model, installing a metal frame on the upper plane of the negative model with providing an equidistant gap in the range from 8 to 15 mm between the negative model and the metal frame to ensure the specified surface geometry of the metal-plastic equipment being produced, at the same time, a hole is made in the metal frame in advance for venting air, as well as an opening for pouring resins, after which a pouring funnel is installed in the hole for pouring resins, and a vent is installed in the hole for venting air, then a mixture of cold curing pouring resins is prepared in a given proportion and it is poured into an equidistant gap formed between the negative model and the metal frame until the mixture of cold curing casting resins reaches the parting line of the metal-plastic tooling being produced, after pouring, exposure is carried out at normal workshop temperature for complete polymerization of the mixture of cold curing casting resins; after exposure, the resulting finished metal-plastic tooling is removed from the device and, if necessary, subjected to further mechanical processing.

EFFECT: reducing the labor intensity of manufacturing metal-plastic tooling, increasing wear resistance, ensuring ease of adjustment when the plastic layer is worn out during operation.
