SUBSTANCE: stabilizing additive in the form of granules includes, wt %: 85-90 of cellulosic fibre and 10-15 of the interaction product of higher carboxylic acids with polyethylenepolyamine and an organic solvent, the reactants for obtaining the reaction product are taken at the following component ratio, wt %: higher carboxylic acids 30-60, polyethylene polyamine 5-15, organic solvent 35-60.
EFFECT: improving the performance properties of the binder through the formation of an internal coagulation framework in bitumen, increasing the adhesion of bitumen to the surface of the mineral material, and qualitative improving the physical and mechanical characteristics of crushed-mastic asphalt concrete.
