FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat-resistant electrically insulating silicone compositions based on linear-ladder block copolymers containing linear polydimethylsiloxane and ladder phenylsilsesquioxane units and can be used in microelectronics, radio electronics and electronic instrumentation to produce heat-resistant elastic and durable electrical insulating corrosion-resistant coatings intended for protection of active elements of microelectronic products against the impact of severe climatic factors. Silicone composition for electronic equipment protection contains a siloxane block copolymer of linear-ladder structure, a hardener and a solvent, additionally contains "Bloxil 2010" polymer, macromolecules of which consist of rigid silsesquioxane blocks and flexible linear sections, and contains silicone oxime-vinyl-tris(acetoximo)silane of the formula CH2=CH-Si(O-N=C(CH3)2)3 as a hardener. The composition was prepared by mixing a 20% solution of the pre-purified block copolymer Lestosil SM in toluene with a 20% polymer solution of "Bloxil 2010", manufactured according to TU 6-021-653-90, in toluene with a vinyl-tris(acetoximo)silane hardener. The compositions are two-component formulations with a viability of at least 3 h, which are cured according to the following regimen: after deposition on a substrate or in special fluoroplastic forms, the samples were exposed to air at a room temperature until the solvent completely evaporated and then were dried at a temperature of 100°C for 3 hours.
EFFECT: obtaining of thermo- and frost-resistant elastomeric corrosion-resistant coatings with increased electrical insulation, adhesion and strength properties and hardness.
