FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of thermo- and cold-resistant electrically insulating elastomer coatings. It can be used in electronic instrument-making for protection of active elements of semiconductor devices, integrated microcircuits and other electronic equipment against action of rigid climatic factors. Composition based on a linear-ladder siloxane block-copolymer for producing protective coatings contains, pts.wt.: siloxane block copolymer "Lestosil SM-NT" 25–35, solvent – toluene 65–75, polydimethylborcirconsiloxane 0.6–1.0, triethoxysilane 6–10, epoxypropoxypropyl triethoxysilane 0.4–0.6, 1,1'-bis-[dimethyl (isooctoxy)silyl]ferrocene 0.05–0.1.
EFFECT: higher hardness, strength, elasticity, moisture resistance and maximum operating temperature while maintaining their electrical insulating, adhesion and corrosion-passive properties.
