FIELD: machine engineering.

SUBSTANCE: hinge device (1) including an axially extending pin (3) of the hinge, referred to as a pawl, and completely or partially radially surrounding elastic-deformable layer (5), which at least partially in contact with the body (2) on its radial outer side (6), and is connected to an annular piece (7) at least on one axial end, is first vulcanised thereto, wherein the hinge pin (3) forms a hinge body (8) with elastic-deformable layer (5) and at least at least one annular piece (7) movable in relation to the body (2). The possibility for turning the hinge body (8) around its longitudinal axis (9) is restrained agaist rotation by adjoining outer side (6) provided additionaly on the body and made of elastic-deformable protective layer (10), the annular piece (7) is held in the body (2) by press fit to form thereof. There is a toothed profile (12) of the rolling type directed radially outwards on the annular part (7). The toothed profile (12) engages with body closure in radially directed outward wall of the body (2). A locking ring (11) held in the body (2) groove fastens the annular part (7) and elastic-deformable layer (5) under axial pre-tension.

EFFECT: providing high protection against failures and high hinge comfort even in case of torsion.
