FIELD: aviation.
SUBSTANCE: head antenna dome of a rocket includes a shell of ceramic material, a transient metal frame coordinated with the shell material through TCLE and connected to the shell through the mating conical surfaces by an elastic heat-resistant adhesive, a butt frame, transient frame connected to the butt frame, coaxial and limited from the axial movement on one side by two mutual beads made on the inner surface of the butt frame and on the outer surface of the transient frame, and on the other side - by pins fixed in the butt frame and installed in the blind holes of the transient frame with a clearance, a sealing ring installed in a groove at the end of the transient frame. On the outer surface of the transient metal frame along the generatrix, grooves are made with a width of 10-20 mm and a depth of up to 2/3 of the original thickness in each cross-section of the joined part of the frame with a ceramic shell, and a width of 10÷20 mm. On the mutual beads, conical mounting surfaces are made, and at one end of the pins a cone is made for fastening in the conical counter-groove in the blind holes of the transient frame, and at the other end there is a thread for fastening in the butt frame.
EFFECT: improving the technical characteristics of aircraft, in particular, the duration of the operating mode.
