FIELD: radio engineering.
SUBSTANCE: blister comprises a ceramic shell, a metal jointing rib and a heat insulation later arranged between them and made with at least two sectors arranged from a heat-resistant glass-fibre plastic, and connected by means of a heat-resistant glue with the shell and the rib. The ceramic shell in the area of connection with the heat insulation layer is arranged along the inner surface with reverse direction of taper relative to the taper of its external surface, and the outer surface of the jointing rib is made with taper that matches taper of the external surface of the ceramic shell. Sectors of the heat insulation layer are made from a heat-resistant glass-fibre plastic on the basis of polyimide, aluminium-chromium-phosphate or phenol-formaldehyde binders.
EFFECT: invention provides for serviceability of a blister under conditions of higher thermal power loading.
