FIELD: aviation.
SUBSTANCE: air cooling method of heat-generating equipment, located outside the aircrafts, includes the thermal contact between the heat-generating surfaces of the equipment and air cold plates (2), the atmospheric air movement through the air cavity (14) air cold plates, the area formation for the atmospheric air flow passage and distribution through the flow cavities (14) of air cold plates. The formed area is divided into the independent sections with the step that depends on the heat released per unit area. The high-speed atmospheric air flow, arising from the movement of the aircraft, passes initially through the air intake (6), then enters the air ducts (4), the diffusers (5) and the collector (7), from which it is distributed through the air cavities (14) of the air cold plates (2). The air flow is directed sequentially from the first section in the direction of the aircraft to the subsequent sections. The sections are formed from the air path by means of the sealing partitions (8).
EFFECT: invention reduces weight, dimensions and power consumption.
