SUBSTANCE: proposed system comprises assembly units, control units, pipelines, elements of fastening to aircraft airframe, air bleed system, air-conditioning system, air preparation subsystem for neutral gas system, all being arranged in a definite manner. Air bleed system comprises subsystem for air bleed from mid-flight engine and from auxiliary plant while air-conditioning system comprises two air cooling plants. air cooling plant comprises secondary and primary heat exchangers, plenum with check valve, all being arranged in the definite manner. Air preparation subsystem for neutral gas system comprises air-to-air heat exchanger, regulator, temperature gage, seals, insulators and fasteners.
