SUBSTANCE: in the method for creating the refined search engine results page (SERP) for the search query received from the user, a search result set is created and displayed to the user on the SERP. Based on the interaction with search result item on SERP, a user interest parameter for the search result item is generated based on the summation of the first and second weights of the search result item in the first and second search results, respectively. The second search query is created that includes the original search query, the search result item, and the first parameter of user interest as a reformulation of the initial search query indicating the significance of search result item. The search results created in response to the second search query are displayed to the user in form of an updated SERP.
EFFECT: increasing the search results relevance.
