FIELD: radio engineering, communication.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the communication engineering using an LTE system supporting a time division duplex (TDD) frame structure. The method of semipermanent scheduling (SPS) includes: determining a set of constant subframes in the TDD frame. The uplink and downlink attribute of each subframe in the set of permanent subframes remains unchanged, when the ratio configuration for the uplink and downlink of the TDD frame dynamically changes; and performing an SPS transmission in the subframe, in a set of permanent subframes, the uplink and the downlink attribute of which is identical to the transmission direction for the SPS transmission. Thus, the SPS transmission can normally be performed without influence by means of a flexible subframe in case the TDD ratio for the uplink and downlink is dynamically configured for the UE.
EFFECT: improving adaptation to changes in various services.
