The method for transmitting feedback control information includes: receiving, by the UE, the UL provision in the sub-frame n-k', wherein the UL provision is used to indicate the PUSCH transmission in the subframe n, and k' is the association index in the uplink communication; determining HARQ-ACK-information according to the reference configuration for the downlink communication, wherein the HARQ-ACK information is carried over the PUSCH; and transmitting the PUSCH in the subframe n. In the present invention, the HARQ-ACK-information is determined according to the reference configuration for the downlink communication, so that it is not necessary to determine the HARQ-ACK-information according to the value indicated by the DAI in the UL provision.
EFFECT: eliminating the technical problem of returning incorrect HARQ-ACK-information.
