FIELD: human life necessities satisfaction.
SUBSTANCE: device consists of an adhesive layer, a base plate and a hook body. The adhesive layer is a soft plastic with low stiffness, made of a thermoplastic composite elastomer. It is attached by vacuum to a smooth surface of the wall or to a smooth surface with small protrusions by means of an ultrahigh frictional force that appears on the smooth wall surface under the influence of atmospheric pressure. The base plate is made of a solid material moulded integrally with the adhesive layer surface. The hook itself is made of a solid material moulded integrally with the base plate surface. During use, the adhesive layer is attached to the smooth surface of the wall with vacuum, and the ultra-high frictional force created thereby allows the hook to hold objects weighing from 0 to 112.6 kgf.
EFFECT: adhesion strength provided is sufficient to hold heavy objects.
