SUBSTANCE: client device obtains an original image of a physical document on the basis of which a compressed file is created which is much smaller than the original image in size and contains data indicating the document type. The client device sends a request including the compressed file to the server to obtain information related to the type of the document for the physical document is received from the location information server based on document type, for at least one portion of original image which contains at least one element of the content of the physical document, and extracts at least one portion of the original image using location information to create at least one extracted image portion. The client device sends a second request containing at least one extracted image portion to the server for at least one content item. When receiving at least one content item from the server device, the client device provides at least one content item for viewing.
