SUBSTANCE: present technical solution relates to the field of computing technology, in particular, to systems and methods for protecting electronic documents containing confidential information from unauthorised access. The system for protecting electronic documents containing confidential information from unauthorised access comprises: a tagging subsystem; an access compartmentalising subsystem; a file tracking subsystem; a classification subsystem; a depersonalising subsystem; a screen unicalistion subsystem; a data transmission subsystem; a data storage subsystem; a recognition subsystem; an administration subsystem.
EFFECT: increase in the level of protection of the document from unauthorised access and further distribution due to the interaction of subsystems compartmentalising the access to files and providing a possibility of identifying an employee providing unauthorised disclosure of confidential information.
