FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: hygienic preparation is carried out: tooth surface cleaning, determination of tooth colour shades and the dominant colour shade, isolation from moisture, infiltration or conductive anesthesia if necessary, cavity preparation with diamond burr on the turbine tip using water cooling, drug treatment of the cavity with disinfectant solution, bonding system application, formation of an adaptive layer at the defect cavity bottom by application of a nano-filled composite, photopolymerization and polishing. Preparation is performed intermittently with a touch time of 2-3 using a diamond burr with an average grain size of 50-120 mcm and water cooling at a water temperature of 32-37°C and at a feed rate of 50-70 ml/min, a pasty composite pre-heated to 40-45°C is used as nano-filled composite. At that, in the step-by-step application, pasty composites preheated to 40-45°C are used as well, and a layer of glycerin with a thickness of 1-2 mm is applied using a brush with artificial fibers before photopolymerization. At that, drug treatment of the carious cavity is carried out with a 2% aqueous solution of chlorhexidine bigluconate.
EFFECT: method allows to obtain high strength of the restored surface along with safety and painless treatment.
