SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to dentistry. The tooth surface is cleaned from plaque. The base shade of the tooth is determined and the shade of the restorative material is selected. Preparation, application of the bonding system to the prepared surface, modeling of the anatomical shape of the tooth by means of composite materials and control luminescence of the formed tooth are carried out. In this case, after imitation of the dentin layer and its photoinitiation, the composite layer is polished, then after polishing, repeated adhesive treatment is carried out with a self-etching bond and photopolymerization is carried out, then a transparent layer of the enamel mass of the composite is applied to the "petal" of polished dentin to the enamel-dentin border with imitation of the crown part mamelon and the surface structure of the restored tooth and incisal edge is formed, after which they are polished and ground.

EFFECT: due to preliminary polishing of the dentin composite layer, since cutting at different angles occurs during polishing, allows achieving a long-lasting gloss of the restoration that is closest to the natural color of the patient's teeth.
