FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: method for processing sulfide gold-containing arsenic-containing materials in the form of concentrates or ores includes charging, burning, treatment of gas phase, leaching of cinder with extraction of gold, non-ferrous and rare metals. The charge is prepared by mixing ore and/or concentrate with ammonium chloride at weight ratio 1:0.3-1:3.0, additionally, coal is introduced into the prepared batch at a weight ratio of 1:0.01-1:0.1 and subjected to annealing in furnace with a vibration-boiling layer formed by wide-band ultrasonic whips at a temperature not higher than 300°C with production in gas phase and subsequent isolation of mixture of sublimates FeCl2 FeCl3. The remaining cinder is subjected to aqueous leaching of soluble chlorides of non-ferrous and rare metals. Then gold is extracted from cake on centrifugal concentrators.
EFFECT: increased extraction efficiency of gold and valuable components.
