FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: food behaviour is analysed. To form the initial skills of understanding hunger, light hunger, satiety or overeating, the patient is offered a set of four-colour stackers, each corresponding to a certain degree of satiation, and which the patient should paste into his personal diary after each meal in front of a graph of information on the amount and type of food eaten. A strong skill of conscious contact with food is formed, fixing the patient's attention to the processes taking place in the oral cavity. For this, the patient is offered a set of colour pencils or markers with at least four primary colours to fill the contour diagram of the oral cavity in two projections, where during or immediately after each meal different colours should be used to indicate their impressions of the food in the oral cavity, its taste, localization of sensation, consistency, temperature, weight, volume, muscle tension during chewing. Further, skills of conscious control of food intake with perfect satiety are formed by fixing the patient's attention to bodily sensations of hunger, and then when eating as they disappear and a feeling of satiety appears.
EFFECT: method allows to normalize weight and obtain the skills of working with emotional states and experiences by changing the eating behaviour by forming stable automatic skills of rational nutrition.
