FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: psychophysiological correctional intervention in eating behaviour is applied. Internal self-modification, weight correction self-direction habit training, psychophysiological control and regulation habit learning motivations are stimulated. The pre-identification of actual reasons of hunger is trained in a trainee with using a reason identification algorithm to distinguish "hunger", or "hunger + appetite", "appetite" versions by 3 criteria: somatic, temporal, food-related; and the identification of true hunger-caused appetite, the self-determination of individual calorie per day corridor calculated by the individual basal metabolism according to body fat analyser. Entrance techniques and activation of metabolic processes are trained. Motivated infusion forms a new eating behaviour and stimulates the will. Self-testing by a continuous-flow analysis of the individual basal metabolism according to body fat analyser, and regulation by daily alternation of daily caloric content from near-bottom to near-top boundaries of the calorie corridor, eating behaviour self-analysis and dynamic assessment of psychological adaptation to new eating behaviour with using the reason identification algorithm are trained.
EFFECT: method allows training body weight reduction people, self-control habits, self-testing and psychoregulation, and formation of conscious eating behaviour.
