FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: electrosurgical device is equipped with a nested insert, fixed in the electrosurgical device with the possibility of its extraction. The nest insert has: a front panel, first and second side walls and a locking means. The front panel contains at least one hole under the pin. The first and second side walls are connected to the front panel and limit the receiving space for electronic components. The locking means is connected to the first side wall and can be moved from the locked position to the unlocked position. At least the first side wall comprises a guiding channel that forms an access opening in the front panel and through which the locking means is manipulated to unlock. The kit includes at least one nest insert of the electrosurgical device and an extraction tool comprising at least one unlocking bar with a free end. The method for retrieving the nest insert from the electrosurgical device is that the extraction tool with the unlocking rod is inserted into the guide channel of the nest insert and unlocks the nest insert. The extraction tool is tilted and connected in a positive manner to the recess of the guide channel and the socket insert with the extraction tool is removed from the device.
EFFECT: inventions allow the operative use of interchangeable nest inserts during a surgical operation.
