FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: fluid flow control method of re-processing in the tool having, at least, the first and the second channels, includes the following steps: operating the pump in fluid communication with a fluid source for re-processing; passing the fluid flow through the first and the second fluid circuits, each comprising a variable-vent valve and a differential pressure sensor. The first fluid circuit is in fluid communication with the pump and the first channel, and the second fluid circuit is in fluid communication with the pump and the second channel. The method also includes determining the first and the second pressure differentials arriving respectively at the first and the second valves using the differential pressure sensors and adjusting the first and the second valves to control the fluid flow rate in the first and the second channels using the output signal of the first and the second differential pressure sensors. The group of inventions also relates to an embodiment of the said fluid flow control method.
EFFECT: maintenance of the required flow velocity of the processing medium in the channels of the tool being processed, and also allows to determine the clogging of the tool channels being processed.
