The method comprises the step of collecting call control signaling on a control plane signaling line in a communication network transmitted by network elements, wherein the call control signaling comprises speech channel information. Further according to the method the session association is performed with respect to call control signaling according to the speech channel information. In this case, the collection of call control signaling on the control plane signaling line transmitted by network elements comprises collection of the first call control signaling on the control plane signaling line between the network elements and the calling user and the second call control signaling on the control plane signaling line between the network elements and the called user.
EFFECT: ensuring the session association according to the information of the speech channel.
