SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio communication. The mobile communication method according to the present invention includes the steps of: sending "INVITE" from UE#1 (user equipment) to a P-CSCF (proxy-call session control function)/VATF (visited access transfer function) in a visited network of the UE#1; sending "INVITE" from the P-CSCF/VATF to an IMS (IP multimedia subsystem); and allocating, by the P-CSCF/VATF, an MGW#1 to the path for voice communication.
EFFECT: preventing wastage of MGW#1 (media gateway in visited network #1) resources.
